INTERFACILITY AMBULANCES

Symons Ambulance offers a number of options for interfacility transport and critical care transport of patients and specialty teams. Due to the increased need for space with such missions, most of our CCT units are Type III ambulances. Our CCT units are equipped with all the usual ALS equipment but also with ventilators, IV pumps and enhanced medication capabilities. Although crew configurations may vary, most crews consist of at least one EMT and/or paramedic plus at least one nurse and/or physician. Respiratory therapists and other subspecialty personnel may be available for specific requests.
