Our Inter-facility Transport (IFT) Division includes highly qualified emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, nurses, respiratory therapists, physician assistants and specially trained physicians.
A request for an interfacility ambulance transport starts with our courteous and friendly dispatchers obtaining the relevant information for your patient. The dispatcher then schedules and dispatches an appropriate crew based on your request.

Upon arrival the ambulance crew obtains a directed history from the patient and care providers followed by a physical exam. Our crews will also request additional information such as copies of the medical records, Xrays, CT scans, etc. as appropriate. While communicating the process with the patient, the next step involves careful packaging of the patient and then transporting the patient to the desired location. If necessary, our crews are also able to wait for the patient and return him/her to their original location.
